To read this book is to learn the art of Kriya Yoga from the very original Kriya Yogi, Mahavatar Babaji. This book is worth reading if you want to find out the essence of the ancient art of Kriya Yoga. I found this book to be packed with information and can be overpowering. However, this is probably due to the interaction and connection between people, places and events. |
