Foam layer absorbs exudate to help minimize pooling of fluids at the wound surface. Super absorbent layer absorbs and retains exudate in the dressing reducing the risk of maceration. Spreading layer facilitates absorption of exudate into the super absorbent layer and helps prevent leakage. Silicone contact layer flexes for extra comfort when worn or removed. |
