Imagine that you’re in the theater of your anxious interpretations and that you’re moving from section to section in the balcony to take different looks at your anxious interpretation on the stage below you. For example, Rosey used the View from the Balcony Worksheet (see sample exercise 5.5) to examine her interpretation that her principal thinks she’s weird when he sees her blushing. She rated the probability (from 0 to 100 percent) that the interpretation that her principal thinks she’s weird when he sees her blushing is correct.
