| This book is both practical (for those buying land and property) as well as academic. I am just half way through and the amount of detail covered is enormous. The author doesn’t leave any stones unturned. If you are going to invest your hard earned money in real estate, read this book (or at least the relevant sections) to get to know the massive bureaucratic machinery you are going to be dealing with if things go wrong, and ways to avoid it. |
