You likely are more aware of the situations or objects that trigger your anxious response than the uncomfortable images or sensations that trigger it. Once you have created your situational practice ladder, go ahead and practice until you have mastered all the steps in that ladder. You might wish to create several situational practice ladders, depending on the areas of your life in which your anxious response is a problem.
