Every time you begin to worry intensely about something or imagine an outcome that makes you feel very anxious, record on the Predictions Worksheet (see exercise 5.3) exactly what bad thing you’re predicting will happen and when. Then, indicate how strongly you believe the prediction (on a scale from 0 to 100 percent, where 100 percent means that you believe your prediction completely). Later fill in what really happened. If your prediction was false, place a check mark by it.
