Do you have some savings to get you through tough times? Are you resourceful and good at thinking on your feet? What are the things you could do to cope? Recall how you coped with hard times in the past. What did you do to get through the day? What tools have you learned in this book to calm your anxious mind and body? What can you say to yourself that would help you cope?
